Randall S. BattatPresident and Chief Executive Officer -
Named CEO of the Year by the Massachusetts Network Communications Council in April 2005, Randy joined Airvana from Motorola, where he was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Internet and Networking Group, responsible for a full line of wireline and wireless access solutions, broadband communications, corporate networking, wireless content services and platform software. Prior to Motorola, Randy spent thirteen years at Apple Computer where he held several strategic positions, including Vice President of the PowerBook Division, and Vice President of Worldwide Product Marketing. Randy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Randy is also the recipient of the New England Technology Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2004 Award.

Jeff GliddenChief Financial Officer and Vice President -
Jeffrey Glidden joins Airvana from RSA Securities where he was Senior Vice President of Finance, Operations and Chief Financial Officer from 2002 to 2005. Jeff has earned a strong reputation for his leadership as a senior financial executive in building shareholder value within technology companies over the past 25 years. Prior to RSA Securities, Jeff was at Stream International Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 5 years. Prior to 1997, Mr. Glidden was Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Treasurer at Banyan Systems Incorporated. His financial management experience also includes tenures at Altwell Group, Inc.; Imagitex, Inc.; Compugraphic; W.R. Grace & Company; and General Electric. Jeff is a graduate of Union College and holds a masters degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.

David NowickiVice President, Marketing and Product Management -
David Nowicki joins Airvana from Bytemobile, where he was Vice President, Marketing & Product Management. Over a five year period, David helped grow the business to more than 70 wireless operator customers by delivering a compelling set of core network solutions. Prior to Bytemobile, David was the Vice President of Marketing with ArrayComm, where his group launched and managed several leading-edge wireless data products, including the world's first smart antenna base station as well as an innovative mobile broadband system. During his eight years at ArrayComm, Nowicki spent several years in Japan working closely with various telecom players on wireless data services. David started his career at Resonex, and also worked in HP's corporate strategy group. He has an MBA and a masters in electrical engineering from Cornell University as well as a bachelor of science in applied physics from the University of California at Davis.

Luis PajaresVice President of Worldwide Sales and Services -
Luis joins Airvana from Inet Technologies where he was employed since 1999. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this capacity, he helped grow the sales, marketing and customer support functions to the top 100 carriers in over 50 countries. From 1994 to 1999, he was at DSC Communications/Alcatel holding the positions of Vice President - International Business and Vice President - Wireless Networks where he formulated and implemented the company's wireless strategy to address the IS-41 and GSM markets. Luis began his career in telecommunications at NEC America where he held various sales and management positions from 1984 to 1994. Before NEC America, he was employed by Texas Instruments. Mr. Pajares holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

Mark RauVice President of Engineering -
Mark joined Airvana from Carrius Technologies, where he was Vice President of Engineering responsible for the development of Intelligent IP service platforms. Mark's prior positions include Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations at SOMA Networks and Vice President/General Manager of the Broadband Wireless division at Nortel Networks. Mark is a high tech veteran with a very successful record of developing and deploying leading edge carrier grade system solutions for the telecom and wireless markets. He brings over 20 years of engineering, operations, and executive leadership in both startup and large corporate companies. Mark holds a BS in Mathematics from South Dakota State University and a MSMAS with an Operations Research concentration from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Sanjeev VermaVice President Business Development and Co-founder -
Prior to founding Airvana, Sanjeev was most recently Director of Marketing and Business Development for Broadband Networking at Motorola, responsible for wireless and wireline broadband residential gateway solutions. Sanjeev has an extensive software development background, which includes leading the development of Motorola's first V.34 modem. He was also a senior manager in Motorola's strategy group responsible for the Internet and Networking Group's broadband networking strategy. Sanjeev holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
